Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum order is $15.00. There is a $10.00 service fee for all orders under minimum.
2. Handling charge $0.35 per $100.00. Minimum handling charge is $3.00.
3. Insurance charge $0.65 per $100.00.
4. All orders are F.O.B. Chatsworth, CA.
5. Terms are net 30 days upon approved credit. All other terms are via business check, or prepaying via business check, credit card, or wire transfer.
6. ABC Plastics, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damages in excess of the purchase price of our products sold.
7. All claims must be made within 10 days receiving.
8. All returned items must be in same new condition as when shipped.
9. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
10. Customer must call us at 818-775-0065 to get return approval before returning.
11. Items approved for return must be returned within 12 days of receiving.
12. Customer is responsible for returned freight cost.
13. Prices subject to change without notice.

Liability Clause

ABC PLASTICS, INC., hereinafter called the "MANUFACTURER", warrants that its products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE INTENDED, the MANUFACTURER's liability is limited to the replacement of any materials which, after an examination by the MANUFACTURER and at its sole option, are found to be defective. THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All claims must be made within thirty (30) days upon delivery.
